The April 2012 class of the Northeast Fly Fishing School enjoyed
an interesting classroom experience in our new facility the first
day of class. The lesson on the casting pond was sunny and
pleasant and the class did an excellent job of mastering the technique
and timing of the traditional fly cast and the roll cast.
On the second day of the class, the on-stream fly fishing lesson
turned out to be better than some weather forecasts had predicted,
although the afternoon session ended raw and drizzly. Overall
the class picked up their new skill quickly and based on feedback,
we can expect to see them on the water enjoying a day of fly fishing
Congratulations to our students for a job well done!
